And how many make their dreams a reality?<br /><br />Sadly, did you know that 97% of small businesses fail within 10 years! Why do so many dreams never try and of those that try so few find a home in success?<br /><br />Here are my ramblings (as someone who has dreamed, has failed enough to learn and now has the joy of seeing dreams last and touch lives)!<br /><br />Why dreams fail? (which applies to your dream...)<br />1. Some dreams are get rich dreams without a home in the heart they have no fuel to endure. LESSON - build dreams that matter<br />2. Some dreams are naive and haven't earned their stripes in reality. LESSON - learn, learn, learn<br />3. Some dreams are dreams alone and don't have custodians brave enough to champion their vision in the world. LESSON - champion your vision with all your heart<br />4. Some dreams are too rigid, and snap at the first harsh wind. LESSON - hold your integrity and bend with humility to your learning<br />5. Some dreams are islands and haven't found their way to touch people and dreams without connections can't succeed. LESSON - find a way for your dream to enrich, empower, entertain and educate <br />6. Some dreams start too big and become so top heavy that when they fall the first time they break you. LESSON - dreams should grow like trees, starting small and watered often<br />7. Some dreams always wait for tomorrow, and wait forever. LESSON - choose 1 small step that you can complete today and get going.
